Luis Miguel Campos is a chef with refined sensibilities and a discerning eye, finding in gastronomy a form of expression where elegance, detail, and emotion go hand in hand. Cooking has always been more than a profession for Luis; it is his language, his memory, and his path. Guided by a constant pursuit of perfection, he believes that each dish should tell a story and evoke feelings.
Over the past 16 years, he has built a solid career, traversing experiences and cultures that have enriched his perspective and shaped his culinary identity.
It was in French cuisine that he found one of his greatest inspirations. His training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in London gave him the classical roots and a technical foundation of excellence, which today are combined with his experiences around the world and his contemporary vision. This combination results in a sophisticated, sensitive, and profoundly authentic cuisine.
It is at ÕBistro that he continues to write his story, celebrating French tradition and the creativity that defines his career.
