O Bistro showcases quality, simple and generous family cuisine, revisiting the essentials of the Parisian brasserie. The homemade dishes do justice to seasonal, fresh and local products, carefully sourced from farmers, fishmongers and food artisans in the region.
The gourmet menu, imagined by French chefs Mathieu and Jacques Lagarde, awakens tradition with a touch of impertinence. From the Portuguese calçada to the Parisian zinc there is only one step. Through a hidden door, enter our bar, both boudoir and neighborhood café. We come here to sip a drink at the bar, taste with relish one of the signature cocktails, confide our day to the boss as we share our alcove secrets. And laugh in good company until late at night.
From the window, a skylight opening onto another world, order a glass of red wine and sit down in the shade of the magnolias of Praça das Flores to lightly enjoy a bright end to the day, and experience a slice of Lisbon life.
